DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

After the delivery confirmation takes effect. Princess Lash is no longer liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and contact information.

BACKORDERS/PRE-ORDERS

We strive to maintain adequate stock with all products. Sometimes, greater demand for a product leads to an “Out of Stock” condition.             

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please check the product immediately after delivery. If you believe the item was damaged in transit, please notify us by email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. We need to contact the courier company to check for damage and claim. All original packaging materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, damaged goods must be returned with packing materials.          

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE            
Princess Lash must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of your merchandise for exchange. Once your item has been checked, you will receive a refund for the returned items through the same payment method you purchased first. All items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Items must be in an unopened condition and in original packaging.      

RETURNS             

Princess Lash must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the shipping fee. All items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt

Items must be unworn and in original packaging. If the returned item is due to our fault, we will pay the return shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your goods are received and checked, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund.

If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or method of payment, within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items can be refunded, discounted items are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Depending on your location, the time for you to receive the product may vary.

CANCELLATIONS
Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged – once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.        

RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR        
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping and handling charges will apply. Once items are returned, please wait twenty-four (24) hours for reprocessing.
